Cardio Room
Our state of the art cardio equipment is made by Life Fitness. We have, treadmills, cross trainers, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, and rowing machines. Each machine is touch screen, connects to the internet, has Sky TV playing through them, has Bluetooth connectivity/or direct connections for Apple and Android devices. So whether you are here for sprints, or some recovery cardio whist checking your emails, we’ve got it covered.
Weights Room
At Gravitate 24 our weight room is filled with Hammer Strength equipment. We have a power cage/squat rack, smith machine, lifting platform, plate loaded, and pin loaded machines. Our dumbbells go from 1kg all the way to 50kg. All of our equipment in the weights room was specially selected to suit all fitness levels, from beginner, to professional athlete. Come along to see it for yourself.
Group Classes
We run Radical Fitness classes and Gravitate 24 classes in our large group exercise studio. Our studio has been designed to maximise the use of the space, and has a state of the art sound system, and we are the only non boxing gym in Palmerston North to have 12 heavy NZ Boxer bags with mitts, wraps and skipping ropes. We run Power, X55, Yoga, Boxfit, and Func classes in this studio.
Outdoor Training
We have an outdoor training area within Gravitate 24. Our outdoor training area utilises low-pile premium turf, designed to both replicate the look of natural grass and perform as a sports surface. We use the area for classes and outdoor boot camps.
24hr Access
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for our members convenience. We also offer staffed hours for new member sign-ups and trials.
There is NO excuse not to fit in a workout.
