We offer classes for every fitness level, throughout the day. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalised pointers.


 
 
 
 
 

Circuits

Tuesday 6am,Tuesday & Thursday 12.15pm

CIRCUITS is a class that incorporates resistance, cardio and functional movements for the ultimate workout. We like to keep the circuit classes fresh and forever changing to meet the needs of its participants. Suitable for all ages!

Cycle Fit

Monday & Friday 6am, Tuesday 7pm

CYCLE FIT is similar to Top Ride however it is less structured and not choreographed. It is a free spin class meaning the instructor can keep it interesting while working towards meeting the needs of all the participants.

 
 
 

Stronger U

Friday 5.45pm

STRONGER U is different class every time, where you’ll be challenged to push yourself into that zone of struggle, where you’ll become a stronger version of yourself.

Funky Tones

Tuesday 5.45pm

FUNKY TONES is a fun energetic dance-based class bringing you a mix of toning, stretching and dance with influences like the Cha Cha, Jive and Samba.

H.I.I.T

Thursday 6am

This type of training involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. These classes can be for all fitness levels, and it will be a class you wont regret completing each week and although its a good hard workout, you will walk away feeling great.

 
 
 

Boxfit

Monday & Thursday 6pm

BOXFIT is a low impact, high energy workout that incorporates solid pad work, weight training and conditioning. Increase your fitness level and stamina, lose weight and tone at the same time.

 

Butt, Ab’s and Thigh

Monday 9.30am

BAT is a epic class is targeting our utter most favourite area’s! The powerhouse area of our body and we are there to make these huge muscles work hard and feel the burn!

Tabata

Thursday 9.30am

Tabata is a type of HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. Each Tabata round lasts 4 minutes and involves eight intervals of 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Shape Up

Wednesday & Friday 9.30am

Shape up is a full body conditioning class, working with weights and steps to sculpt and tone your upper and lower body. this class caters to all age ranges and fitness levels.

 

Pilates

Wednesday 6pm

Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn't look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance.
