We have a power cage/squat rack, smith machine, lifting platform, plate loaded, and pin loaded machines. Our dumbbells go from 1kg all the way to 50kg. All of our equipment in the weights room was specially selected to suit all fitness levels, from beginner, to professional athlete. We have, treadmills, cross trainers, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, and rowing machines. Each machine is touch screen, connects to the internet, has Sky TV playing through them, has Bluetooth connectivity/or direct connections for Apple and Android devices. Our studio has been designed to maximise the use of the space, and has a state of the art sound system, and we are the only non boxing gym in Palmerston North to have 12 heavy NZ Boxer bags with mitts, wraps and skipping ropes. Our outdoor training area utilises low-pile premium turf, designed to both replicate the look of natural grass and perform as a sports surface. We also offer staffed hours for new member sign-ups and trials.
